These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the FIREFUL service (the "Service"), which includes the FIREFUL web application and mobile applications, and any related features and functionalities offered by FIREFUL.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Free and Paid Services

The Service offers a free tier with basic features. Paid Subscriptions are also offered that provide access to additional features and benefits. The specific features included in each Subscription tier may be subject to change.

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

FIREFUL may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FIREFUL disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
FIREFUL also disclaims any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

FIREFUL will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes

FIREFUL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice to you. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifitcations will be considered your acceptance of the changes.
