1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean your torso back until your abs are engaged, creating a V-shape with your thighs. For a greater challenge, lift your feet off the floor. 2. Clasp your hands together in front of your chest. Rotate your torso to one side, bringing your hands down towards the floor beside you. 3. Without stopping, reverse the direction and twist to the opposite side. Continue alternating sides in a smooth, controlled motion.
