Russian twist
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean your torso back until your abs are engaged, creating a V-shape with your thighs. For a greater challenge, lift your feet off the floor.
- Clasp your hands together in front of your chest. Rotate your torso to one side, bringing your hands down towards the floor beside you.
- Without stopping, reverse the direction and twist to the opposite side. Continue alternating sides in a smooth, controlled motion.
