1. Sit and rest your forearms on your thighs or the edge of a bench, holding the barbell underhand with wrists hanging over the edge. 2. Curl the barbell upward as high as possible by flexing only your wrists. 3. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, allowing it to roll toward your fingertips for a full stretch.
