1. Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Position the balls of your feet on a step or platform, allowing your heels to hang down. 2. Lower your heels slowly until you feel a deep stretch in your calves. 3. Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible, squeezing your calves.
