1. Sit on the leg press machine, place your feet about shoulder-width apart on the platform, and push the weight up slightly to unlock the safety handles. 2. Lower the weight with control until your knees are close to your chest. 3. Drive through your heels to press the weight back up until your legs are nearly straight, but do not lock your knees.
