Seated dumbbell triceps extension
- Sit on a bench. Hold one dumbbell vertically with both hands cupping the top end.
- Raise the dumbbell straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Keeping your upper arms stationary and close to your head, lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Use your triceps to push the dumbbell back up to the starting position.
