Dumbbell
1. Sit on a bench. Hold one dumbbell vertically with both hands cupping the top end. 2. Raise the dumbbell straight overhead until your arms are fully extended. 3. Keeping your upper arms stationary and close to your head, lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows. 4. Use your triceps to push the dumbbell back up to the starting position.
