1. Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar with a narrow, overhand grip. Extend your arms straight up over your chest. 2. Keeping your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead. 3. Use your triceps to extend your elbows and push the bar back to the starting position.
