1. Set the cable to a low position, face away from the machine, and hold the rope or handle behind your head with elbows bent. 2. Extend your arms straight up toward the ceiling, keeping your elbows close to your ears and your torso stable in a staggered stance. 3. Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position, feeling a deep stretch in your triceps before the next rep.
