1. Attach a bar to a low cable pulley. Stand facing the machine holding the bar with an underhand grip. 2. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, curl the bar up toward your chest. 3. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the bar with control back to the starting position.
