EZ curl bar

1. Stand tall holding an EZ bar with an underhand grip (palms up), keeping your hands on the inner angled part of the bar. 2. Keep your elbows tucked into your sides. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps. 3. Slowly lower the bar with control back to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
