1. Begin by standing tall with your feet together. Step forward with one leg and lower your body into a lunge position until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. 2. From the lunge, jump upwards explosively while switching the position of your legs in mid-air. 3. Land softly with the opposite leg forward, immediately dropping into a lunge to absorb the impact and prepare for the next repetition.
