1. Attach a handle to a low cable pulley. Stand sideways to the machine and grab the handle with your outside hand so the cable crosses in front of you. 2. With a slight bend in your elbow, raise your arm out to your side until it is level with your shoulder. 3. Slowly lower the handle with control back to the start. Complete all reps on one side before switching.
