Cable
1. Stand sideways to the cable machine, grab the handle with your far hand, and lean your torso away from the machine while holding the frame for support. 2. Raise your arm out to the side in a wide arc until it is level with your shoulder, leading with your elbow and keeping a slight bend in it. 3. Slowly lower the handle back toward the starting position, maintaining constant tension on the side delt throughout the descent.
