Single arm cable lateral raise
- Stand sideways to the cable machine, grab the handle with your far hand, and lean your torso away from the machine while holding the frame for support.
- Raise your arm out to the side in a wide arc until it is level with your shoulder, leading with your elbow and keeping a slight bend in it.
- Slowly lower the handle back toward the starting position, maintaining constant tension on the side delt throughout the descent.
